Factory reset your Chromebook

  1. Sign out of your Chromebook.
  2. Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
  3. Select Restart.
  4. In the box that appears, select Powerwash and then Continue.
  5. Follow the steps that appear and select the guest network
    The Chromebook will begin to auto configure:
    • Follow the onscreen instructions 
    • Check if the problem is fixed
  • If the issue continues, please submit a happyfox ticket to the IT team.
  • Detail the issue presented and all identify tags on the Chromebook. ie"B0001234"
